Meet Glen P. Rolle
Glen Phillip Rolle, the fifth child among eleven siblings, was born to Hartmond and Joyce Rolle in the picturesque town of Black Point, Exuma. His remarkable life story, often narrated by his Aunt Mildred, who is now an awe-inspiring 110-years-old, serves as a powerful testament to the unyielding strength of family bonds and the resilience of the human spirit.
Glen was destined to be unique. Legend has it that, just as John leapt in Elizabeth, Phil (as he is affectionately called) leaped from his mother's womb. His arrival was so momentous that his mother was flown to Nassau to ensure his safe delivery into the world.
