Glen is a dedicated graduate of R. M. Bailey High School, where he honed his skills and values. Following his graduation, he embarked on a fulfilling journey by enlisting as a Police Recruit with the esteemed Royal Bahamas Police Academy.
After enduring six months of rigorous training, he emerged as the top recruit of his squad, an achievement that continues to hold a special place in his heart. Throughout his tenure in the Police Force, Glen showcased exemplary performance in various roles, culminating in his appointment as the Chairman of the Police Association. In this influential position, he passionately advocated for reform and equity within the organization, leaving an indelible mark on its legacy.
Now in his early sixties, with one wife, four children, and two granddaughters, he's grateful to be a pioneer in the fight for National equality and good governance.

Like many of the men mentioned in the Bible, Glen initially hesitated to answer the call. However, amidst the current global challenges, it became evident that his voice was essential at such a crucial time.
Ambassador Rolle, along with his wife, Yvette Rolle, is the guiding force behind the vision known as The Grace Centre. Together, they bear the responsibility for reconstructing our national walls. Glen deeply comprehends the truth that "Where sin abounds, grace does much more," and through his role as an ambassador, his obedience to the call has unleashed God's unmerited favour.
